A New World pale ale'. Flavour bursts with astringent grapefruit pith and grassy hop notes almost overpowering the biscuit malt flavour. A warm malt finish has a bitterly astringent pith hop on top that overwhelms the sweetness and ends in a crisp biscuit flavour.
