Although closed in 2017, with planning permission sought to convert to flats, an extended local campaign has led to new tenants being identified, and the pub reopened on July 1st 2021. Further updates please! The 60s residential estate brickwork exterior really doesn't do justice to this popular all-purpose pub. It is deceptively spacious, very welcoming, and popular with all sections of the local community. There is a large screen for watching the football, and a large function room cum additional bar. Dart boards and two pool tables. Live music Fridays, karaoke every Saturday.
