A modern and often lively food-led venue which is ideal for on-site campers, and also welcomes ramblers and members of the public. There are a significant number of outdoor benches and alcoves, some of which are equipped with their own heating. In addition, there are various quirky and alternative outdoor seating areas. Live entertainment at weekends, sometimes with street food and, later in the season, the Autumn Hop music festival. The quiz night is Wednesday, open mic on Thursday. The dining menu is largely focused on burgers and pizzas, with some weekend street food events. Table reservations are advisable. There are toilet facilities inside the venue and outdoor drinkers can also make use of the public campsite facilities. The family room has baby changing facilities.
