Officially opened on 24/2/2024, this is a second taphouse for Wrexham based Magic Dragon Brewery. Eight handpumps dispense six beers and two ciders. It is expected to have four Magic Dragon beers on and one or two guests sourced from small breweries nationally. In addition, the are 12 keg taps on the wall behind the bar and Magic Dragon's own lager on a keg fount on the bar. Situated in a former shop, the interior is fairly small with wooden floors and minimalist decor. The CAMRA discount applies to all real ales and Magic Dragon keg Obsidian Stout. Live music is to be held monthly and other events such as beer tasting nights are likely. Buses stop in Tesco's car park which is a short walk away. A worthy addition to the local pub scene.
