Set in a former bakery, the Bollington Brewery is an impressive conversion of a historic building. The Brewery was originally established in 2008 the nearby town of Bollington, the brewery moved to Macclesfield in mid 2024. At the Brewery Tap, you are likely to find new and unusual beers from the brewery on the bar along with a selection from the standard range. Indian street food is available from Pukht whose kitchen is on site. Check social media for changes to opening hours around holidays. The Bollington Brewery Shop is on the same site and is open from 10am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Will also open on demand if Taproom is open.
