This fine Georgian building started as private residence. Later it became Chauffeurs' club and then had various incarnations as a restaurant , before opening as a pub in 2025. Thee are three separate areas. On the upper ground floor lies the Taproom with a number of handpulls serving three regular beers and one guest beer, usually local. There's a mixture of open areas and booths and snugs in this area. The Tavern is downstairs with a separate bar and Sports TVs, while above the Taproom is the Dining Room, reserved for diners with a separate menu from that found in the Taproom.
