The Church opened on 1 August 2025 and is a superb conversion of two former church buildings that has respected and highlighted many original features. The smaller building, to the left, is the restaurant and bar. The magnificent bar is made from pew ends along the front with former pew seats forming the bar counter. There is an array of craft taps along the back wall and two handpulls on the bar serving local cask beers. The restaurant offers an exceptional menu created and prepared by experienced chefs. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals are offered (see menus on Facebook) and there's a specials board. Booking on the website is very much recommended to be sure of securing a table. Outside, there is a large sheltered area for enjoying drinks and also a beer garden at the back. The main building is being converted into a superb events and celebrations venue, retaining many of the original features, expected to open in late 2025 or early 2026.
