Electric Bear's city centre taproom "The Cub" opened in late Oct 2025 in Shires Yard shopping complex. Shires Yard is a bit of a warren with several entrances - if approaching from from Milsom St entrance ( by The Ivy) the pub is on that level, if approaching from Broad St(by the old King Edward's school) the pub is up some steps on the left. Up to nine Electric Bear beers on tap consisting of their regular range (e.g. Mixtape lager, Tondo, Werrrd!, Unruly AF) plus ever changing specials- all unfined and unpasteurised. May also be a single Electric Bear cask at weekends. Also a real cider on tap and cans of Electric Bear and local and national craft brews.
