A large Social Club on the site of a former girls' school, it is also the HQ for the local branch of the British Legion. There is a comprehensive entertainment programme. Outside caterers provide a carvery on Wednesday and Sundays. Although a members' club non-members are welcome for payment of a small fee (currently £1).
